Are you the next Don LaFontaine?  Now’s your chance to prove your mettle in an audio challenge that puts your creativity and reflexes to the test.

Here’s what we need from you:

1. Full Name
2. Age
3. Mailing Address
4. Phone Number
5. A 2 – 3 minute script for a fictitious movie that you’ve created.

All scripts will be reviewed by our panel of experts. (Joe and Ken) If they approve your script, you will be chosen to take part in the contest and appear on an episode of “Joe vs. Ken.”

The winner of the contest takes home a nifty Limited Edition Resident Evil 4 – PS2 Chainsaw Controller.  (About a $23 dollar value… according to Ebay)

RULES:

*Contest consists of an author dramatically reading his/her own script to music that Joe and Ken choose at random. 

*The contestant must include at least 3 transitions in their script (examples: Until, One Day, And then, Suddenly… etc.) A transition will come at the end of a paragraph.  Please start a new paragraph after a transition or you may get a pre-mature music change.

*No vulgar language or lewd content allowed in the actual script or reading.

*If a contestant laughs, pauses too long or strays from the script, they will start over.  3 chances per contestant.

*Winner will be determined by our panel of judges (Joe and Ken) with a series of listener polls to help sway our decision.

*Winners will be contacted by phone.

*All entries and audio remain property of the author but www.joevsken.com reserves the right to play audio in future episodes. 

*Entry into the contest denotes that the contestant agrees to all rules.
